All-Russian tournament on regball "the Cup of Northern capital" the memory of the captain of the team "Atlanta of Neva" Rustam Basakova will be held from 15 to 18 February 2018 in St. Petersburg.

The initiator of the tournament was the St. Petersburg regional branch of all-Russian public organization "Federation of wrestling of Russia", which was supported by all-Russian public organization "Russian Federation of regola".

Rustam Bazakov died in September 2016. It whole life was devoted to sport, performed master of sports in freestyle wrestling and was a team captain on regball in the club "Atlanta of Neva". By the decision of the Russian Federation regola, Basakova R. I. was awarded the title "Master of sports on regball".

The competition will be held in the Sports complex "Gryphon", which is located in the city centre, on the street and Apraksin pereulok, 13, near the metro station "Sennaya"/"Sadovaya"/"Spasskaya" or "Gostiny Dvor". Tel: (812) 407-40-00

Requirements to participants of competitions and condition of their admission.
Allowed to the competitions prize-winners of the championship of Russia in 2017 and the strongest teams of the constituent territories of the Russian Federation.
— Team of 13 athletes +1 coach representative, +2 judge.
— Application for the game must be certified by a doctor.
— Team must have knee pads, elbow pads and two sets of forms of different colors.

The program of the competition.
February 15 – the day of arrival, accommodation of athletes;
16 February – credentials Committee, meeting GSK, team competitions;
February 17 – team competition, finals, awards, gala dinner for the participants.
February 18 – departure of the teams.

Financing terms
SPb RO, OOO "FSBR" bear the expenses for the hire of the sports hall, for the accommodation of participating teams, by rewarding the players of the winning teams with medals and diplomas to the winning team with the Cup. The costs associated with sending teams to the competition (return fare, daily allowance) provide for the sending of their organization.
