First rebolini competition
The official history of regola starts in 1998, which was the first Reboly all-Russian tournament devoted to the 275-th anniversary of Perm. In December of the same year, have passed competitions on the Cup of the Urals in Chelyabinsk. At the start there were six teams from Moscow, Perm, Chelyabinsk, Ulyanovsk, St. Petersburg and Kurgan. And in may 1999 was formed the Russian Federation regola and in July of the same year, regba received the status of an independent sport.
